Our Garden Room size dimensions are based on the external floor area. Our insulated wall thickness is 13mm before plaster to give you a guide to how much usable internal space you will have.
All our prices include the base, installation and VAT. The only additional costs are foundations and an electrical armoured cable that is required to run the power supply to your garden room, this is dependent on how far away you position you building from your mains supply.

Choose your materials carefully. Are you prepared to treat wood cladding every year or would you prefer non maintenance clad? Do you want the slim lines offered by aluminium door and window frames or if you are on a budget then chose uPVC.
